Clouds FineArt Terms and Conditions​

Overview:

“Clouds FineArt” is a German business based in Karlsruhe, which offers premium hand-made digital art services. All products and services offered by “Clouds FineArt” are - exclusively - in a digital form. Physical prints on the website are fulfilled by the third-party service orderaprint.com.

Our custom painting service process:

1. The agreement

The project starts by reading and agreeing to this Terms of Service when submitting your order.

2. Submitting your order

You submit your order using our online form by providing the required information and sending a number of photos for the object you would like to paint. You also provide your comments or special requests (eg. preferred colors, sizes etc.). Your data subject to our data protection and privacy policy. Your provided photos will never be forwarded to third parties except the ones needed to fulfill the order.

We will select one of them that artistically fits the best. The photos should be submitted either via “Submit Order” form on our website or sent at the email: clouds.fineart@gmail.com.(a)

3. Feedback and pre-payment

Your submitted order will be reviewed by our artists and you will be informed about the selected photo for painting. Along with our feedback, you will need to pay amount of 10% of the estimated quote.

4. Painting starts

You will be notified by email as soon as we start your painting process.

​

5. Painting review

This is the time when we send you a preview of your painting (water-marked) for your approval. In case you have comments, we gladly take care of your suggestions.(b)

6. Finishing the project

After executing your recommended modifications, you will receive a second preview (water-marked) of the finalized project.(c) At the same time, you will get the exact cost estimation.

7. Payment

The payment should be paid through our payment options available on the website, or in limited cases through a bank transfer.(d) You are free to choose the product you like, either digital or print forms. In case of physical prints were selected, there will be additional costs for shipment.

8. Receiving the painting

Once the payment received, the original HD art piece will be available for download from our website. In addition, in case of ordering a physical product, please allow for 1-2 weeks for fulfilling the printing and delivery.

 

Notes:

(a) There are many sizes to choose from. Custom sizes or big indoor/outdoor designs are available upon inquiry.

(b) “Clouds FineArt” takes the responsibility to make a professional hand-made digital painting. Please note that our strategy does NOT intend to produce artworks that are identical to the original submitted photos. Our goal is to reach the perfect artistic orientation and touches, not to copy-and-paste a solid painting! For that reason, such artistic modifications might be necessary.

(c) “Clouds FineArt” is aiming to execute all the requested comments/modifications as long as these modifications are not compromising the quality of the work which might has the priority. In some cases our artists have their perspectives, so please talk to us if this is an issue.

(d) Basically, setting the price is dependent on the complexity of the painting and working hours spent on it. After submitting your order, you will receive a detailed cost estimation based on a study.

 

Conditions:

  • We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue the service at any time before the full payment has been received. In this case, you will receive 100% refund of your pre-payment.

  • For custom painting projects, in case you cancelled the order after accepting the preview, the 10% pre-payment will not be refunded and your regretted painting’s ownership goes to us and we have the full right to use and sell it without referring to you.

  • No changes/modifications in the painting will be possible after your final approval.

  • No refund is possible after the final payment for custom painting projects.

  • In case you received a damaged physical product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery date and provide photos for the damaged product for exchange.

  • Only after your agreement, we can share your painting project including your original photograph and its paint artwork for marketing purposes.

  • The project should be finished within 1-3 weeks. Complex projects might take longer to reach the asked quality.
